At HKL Studio we are committed to creating a personalised experience and exceptional service and as such, we request that all clients consider the below points. This will enable the HKL Studio team to provide the best possible experience for each and every client.

​CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

We require a minimum 24 hours’ notice when changing or cancelling an appointment.

Failure to do so may result in a minimum of $20 - 50 Cancellation fee, with a maximum of 50% of your scheduled appointment cost.

 

We do understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, if so, please contact the salon. Failure to do so may result in compulsory deposits to be paid at the time of making your next booking, which will not be refundable, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24hours notice, this will help to avoid “NO SHOWS”.

At HKL Studio, we run solely on appointments/bookings, when you book an appointment at HKL Studio, unlike other salons, we set that time and staff member aside just for you. We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late notice it inconveniences the many other clients that are on a waiting list.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

All clients are sent an SMS 2 days prior to your appointment. When receiving your SMS please confirm or cancel your appointment by replying either Yes or No. If you have any questions you’re welcome to contact us via phone or facebook message. HKL Studio reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows’ may be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.

APPOINTMENT TIME

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment as this will impact the time available for your appointment and following clients booked in. Please understand that if you do arrive late, we may need to alter what you originally booked in for in the time remaining for your appointment. If you are pressed for time, you are encouraged to notify us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  This may also incur a 50% cancellation fee if we need to cancel your appointment.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CHILDREN

As a courtesy we ask that you please clean up any food or drinks that may have been spilt in the salon.

It is your responsibility as a parent / guardian to supervise your child. Kelly Sutton or HKL Studio staff are not liable; it is your choice to bring your child to the salon.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for all services can be made by Cash, EFTPOS, ZipPay, AfterPay, Gift Certificates, Direct Debit (if prior arrangements have been made).

POST APPOINTMENT CONCERNS 

If for any reason, you are concerned with the final result of service provided or retail purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of your visit. We are happy to discuss your concerns and do our best to ensure you are 100% happy.

If you are not using Professional Products recommended to you at the time of your appointment, we can not guarantee the results of your hair. We will not refund or compensate clients for change of mind or unrealistic expectations not being met. HKL Studio will not refund or compensate for services performed elsewhere to rectify or change outcome of services performed at HKL Studio, we reserve the right to correct any issues in house before a refund is offered given there is basis to do so at our discretion. We will not refund for unrealistic expectations as we take care and caution with our consultations, If there is a genuine problem we will do our best to make you happy with the results.
